USA–DR Baseball was born from a lifelong passion for baseball and a love for the Dominican Republic.

Why USA–DR Baseball exists

USA–DR Baseball exists to help bridge the gap between qualified Dominican prospects and American college baseball programs.

Language, geography, relationships, academics, eligibility requirements and simply knowing whom to call can stand between a qualified player and an opportunity.

For players and families, applying is free. A family's ability to pay a recruiting fee should not decide whether a qualified player gets seen. For college coaches, the goal is to become a trusted Dominican recruiting resource—helping programs discover prospects, evaluate fit and navigate communication.

An education can change a life. A life can change a family. And a family can change a generation.

BUILT TO BRIDGE
TWO BASEBALL WORLDS.

USA–DR Baseball is founder-led and built around direct relationships with college programs, Dominican prospects and their families. The goal is to make the recruiting process more personal, organized and accessible on both sides of the bridge.

Players can enter the USA–DR pipeline at no cost. College coaches can communicate their roster needs directly, allowing USA–DR Baseball to focus on identifying prospects who fit each program rather than simply building a public directory.
